This is an ideal location for those wanting a quiet secluded retreat far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The spacious farmhouse sleeps 6/8 persons or can be divided into 2 separate apartments sleeping 2/4 each with their own individual entrance or can be used all as one unit for a large group. Cot, high chair and baby bath available on request.

A comfortable sitting room with a colour TV and video, a very good quality sofa bed and easy chairs and an electric fire for heating. Open fire with logs provided is available if required.

The large spacious farmhouse kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with oak fitted units. A long pine table seating up to 10 people. A ceramic hob,grill and double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, a colour TV and radio. Quality crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is an oil fired Rayburn in the kitchen which provides full central heating and hot water.

Shower room with toilet, wash hand basin, shaver socket and light, shower cubicle and heater. Bed linen provided.

First floor: large lounge to seat 8 comfortably with TV. Flame effect fire. 1 double bedroom and a twin room both attractively decorated. Family sized bathroom with bath and a power shower over. Airing cupboard. First floor kitchen with fridge freezer microwave and crockery utensils saucepans electric cooker etc private lawns childrens play area parking. Bed linen supplied.
