An 18th Century former cowshed,stable & barn complex, close to owners, 2.5 miles S.W.Montgomery, 10 miles Welshpool,8 miles Newtown, pleasantly converted with character into 5 cottages ranging from 2 to 8 berth.
Each has small bathroom with shower, twin or double bedrooms, attractive fitted kitchen,diner/lounge. Oil fired central heating and TV, extra beds available. There is a communal lawn area.
The cottages, standing at 1,000 feet above sea level, overlooking the Severn Valley to the north, the Kerry Hills to the south. looking across the border to Shropshire and the Long Mynd in the distance.
To the distant north, Snowden graces the sky line together with the berwyns and Cader Idris ranges to the west Plymlimon looms.
A great walking area with many public footpaths to use...the coastal area of Aberyswyth, Borth and the Dovey Estuary are but 80 minutes away for that occasional day out, nearest shops and pubs in close by Montgomery.
