Spacious cottage looks over to the peaks of the Brecon Beacons across untouched farmland. Although the setting is rural and peaceful, the majors roads of the A40 and A470 are within 10 minutes drive. The property is set on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, and is close to the Black Mountains, Wye and Usk valleys.
The property has a newly decorated kitchen/diner, including washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed in front of the newly discovered inglenook fireplace. A high chair can be provided.
The sitting room has a lovely relaxed ambiance with a three piece suite, electric stove and Sky TV. Local information for pony trekking, canoing, canal rides etc is provided. Local maps are also available.
Upstairs the cottage has 3 good size bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has an oak framed double bed and has a built in wardrobe. Features the original fireplace also.
Bedroom 2 is newly decorated, double bed and sink. Cot can be provided in this room.
Bedroom 3 is a twin which is ideal for children to look out at the farm animals.
Separate toilet and sink.
Bathroom has sink, bath and shower.
Central heating throughout property by timed storage heaters.
Linen is provided by the owner free of charge. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. Electricty is provided during summer months free of charge.
Outside the cottage there is a clothes line and an area for you to enjoy the peace and quiet. BBQ provided by owner. Parking 3car
